[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — free service of platina | |||
Without my knowledge kln autombiles, anna nagar, chennai has entered in website as if free service has been done for my platina bike, which i came to know when i gave my bike to kavya motors for free service. When i asked kln manager says they will do like this for all bikes which have not give for free service otherwise warranty will not be applicable. By this way kln makes record for all vehicles sold by them as if free service is done and collects the free service charges from bajaj. Though complaint is given bajaj does not take any action and simply forwarded the complaint to kln. Was this information helpful? | |||
