Dear Sir,
After the last service from Bajaj Authorized service centre (10480)Elamkulam branch, Ernakulam, Kerala, my vehicle discover (KL 39 F 48 ) is showing missing on riding and petrol is burning more and off on riding, (when i given on the last service they changed oil also, ) . Showing this complaint, i have take this vehicle to your authorized service centre, Elamkulam they said no oil in vehicle and so why engine is damaged but after the last service I ride the vehicle only 200 kms. and the Branch Incharge Mr.Sivan (PH.[protected]) said if you want to clear the complaint it will comes around 4000/- rupees. I said him I need report regarding your service of my vehicle. But he said that it is not possible to give any report from our side. And If you need any more details you must contact our Area Manager Mr. Anoop, (ph .[protected])But he is not good person and he is not willing to do any help for me. And without asking any reason he rejected my request . And he saying why dont you take the vehicle in a local workshop. Sir, is this way to behave towards the customer. Sir please understand my situation and do the need full. I am expecting your good relation towards the customer.
