[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — I am not at all satisfied with the bajaj service center | |||
Dear Sir, I am sasikumar my mobile no [protected] My bike model V12 Reg.no TN02 BJ 7266 my bike under warranty. I recently purchased Bajaj v12 on 14/07/2017 and allready have 1st. Service done but the main problem I am facing that my bike self motor problem service changed the new self motor with warranty but I paid some amount for welding charges. I rasied the question what welding you do he said engine inside we done. Again same problem facing problem 2dn service came I go service center on 17/01/2018 I informed again some sound was came when I used self start service person told self start bearing gone I told new self motor chaged how gone bearing. Service person told not self motor bearing enging inside bearing gone again asking some amount my bike under warranty why asking amount my bike under warranty why asking amount for engine spare parts now my bike in service center last two day. I am not at all satisfied with the service of my Bajaj bike. Already send the mail [protected]@bajajauto.co.in Service center name: KLN automobiles Place: Chennai Please help me. Save my bike.
