Bajaj Auto — i am raising this complaint against an executive of bajaj auto finance for cheating me

I, rahul singh, took a bike on finance with bajaj auto finance from rajajinagar
Vst bajaj showroom.

I paid emis continuously but for a period of time due to financial instability it got disordered but again was brought back in routine. The executive namely bharat took rs. 13000/- stating that you have not paid emis since many months and there are some other charges too so i gave him rs. 13000/- but he made the payment of only rs. 4128/- on 3rd march, 2018. The remaining money is with him but he is still asking money whereas now the total outstanding amount is rs 7717 only. I called on [protected] bajaj customer care and they took a request and gave me a request id [protected].

The 30th may is the last date to clear the outstanding amount. I humbly request to get the issue resolved.

Updated by Abexer Please don't let it get deleted, last time I had made a complaint regarding the same matter when he was over demanding the money then my complaint was removed without resolving the matter. This time please do anything only after getting my complaint resolved.
