Bajaj Auto — Insurance claim for my bike ns200 taking a very long time

I have claimed a insurance on my bajaj ns 200 bs6 bike (Wb20bg6013)
I have given the bike on 17 august and still not getting any response from the service center (Garia osl bajaj) everytime i call they say they can't tell me the estimated time and estimated amount. Please help me out here. I personally have high hopes with bajaj but never in my life i faced this problem.
