Bajaj Auto — insurance , vehicle registration number and rc not get after 2 month of purchase bike

Dear sir
I bought a Bajaj avanger 160 street abs at 22nd June 2019, from your authorised dealer JEET AUTOMOBILES, in sonapur West Bengal .
But the issue is they yet not provide the vehicle insurance, registration number and RC, so many time I called them visit their showroom, but they only giving dates .
Ultimately I am suffering after buying a bike from BAJAJ .
Please do the needful.
