[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — issue in bajaj 150 as | |||
I have purchased bajaj paluser 150 as from rajpal bajaj indore in june 2016... From the 7th days of purchasing i submit an issue of heating engine but all time they refuse their is no issue... I have completed three free services from authorised service centre after that rajpal bajaj close their business... As per they committed dtsi engine oil runs for 10000 km but i found between 4 to 5000 km i found my bike consumed oil then i changes the oil and used dtsi engine oil but my bike consuming engine oil then after two services i found my bike not giving right average but now i found white smoke and my bike total runs 9000 km when i asked for solution their area manager told me you didn't proceed paid services from us so we are not responsible they refuse all mistakes of engine regarding heating and asking me do you have any written which define you have heating engine issue... I told them you are giving me in written that you have no solution as bike runs only 10000 km then how can bike give white smoke if you told dtsi will run 10000 km they refuse to give it in written same things happen with me when i complaint heating issue they check tyre pressure and told me all thing right... I have some noise issue but they didn't take it seriously... I have changed my meter also but that was also bcz i made more pressure but before this they unnecessary change my battery... So i think they completely do fraud with me as bike have issue from 1st day... But white smoke is a big issue i can tolerate all but white smoke is major issue and bajaj area manager didn't take seriously and i am talking with them and he told is colleague it's 7.45 now i am leaving so irrresponsible and fraud from bajaj auto...
