[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto — Issue with Bike

Hi, Already complaint was logged and till now its the same story its repeated. Frustrated with your service & bike. Please find the CR No:151752 1)First service, (SHREE RAM MOTORS, Chimera ) they said they cannot do any thing for the back indicator which is coming out. 2)Avenger 220 gears are hard, and at standing newt al doesn't go. 3)while changing gear too noise and even it wont work smooth. 4)Back brake noise After my first service visited more then 10 times. Most of the Friday went to your service center, but nothing happen. Unfortunately i thought let me show my bike to a garage, even they said there is an issue with gear, may be clutch is gone or its out. but he will come to know about the issue when they will open gear. Then also i thought may be they will be wrong, then i visited to one your service centre (PARAS MOTORS, Chembur).I told him i want to give my bike for repairing and its not under warranty period. Service man took trail and gave me estimate near to 3000.00 rps, as they we have to open the gear and see. Same time i visited to SHREE RAM MOTOR, CHEMBUR and informed them, but then also they were not ready to accept. Looking to sheer negeliance i logged a complaint mention above. Next day itself i received calls from them and called me on on Friday. Even they came to know that only Friday i get off. Visited on Friday and they change some thing in gear.Please let me know as per them if there was no issue then why they change it, it was more then 10 times when i visted to the same service centre, they didnt do anything rather just ignoring things, as keep saying that i am wrong and they are right, then why they change parts in gear. One more things need to be shared. Mr.Vimal said for the back indicator that if i have informed them that back indicator is coming out at the start when i came for first service, they have replaced it. It was good that day i was having bill copy for the first service where it was mention they charge me for fewi kick. When i showed that billl, he was not having anything to say. When i told them you can replace it now, they said they cannot do, as it got damage from inside. Please let me know if you dont tajke right dessicion, so do you think its my mistake. let me know who the person can look behind and drive. While driving you cannot look back and drive, and if there was no issue with my gear when i was barking like dog and spoiling most of the friday in one of your service centre, then they change after making a complaint. If they were right and according to them its my assumption, so they should stick to it that there is no issue with the gear. Why they try to find the solution when complaint was logged, why you didnt took any action early when i was to your door and making request to you. After happening everything you people try to blame me, that its my mistake, when i informed about the problem and your people didn't took any appropriate decision or action, so its my mistake, or did mistake visiting to your service centre At the start of this month again i have to visit for the gear, but this time i kept bike with them and said please show this bike your engineer as you not ready to accept even i know, they said they will show the bike to the enginer who come for visit direct from the company. My bike was there for a week and i took my bike on 14 August. Before taking bike i asked the person name who has came from the company to check my bike. Intially they were not ready but after some time they disclose the information.It was Mr. Pravin from SHREE RAM MOTORS from Ghatkopar, where i was informed that engineer while come direct from the bajaj, who come on visit and see my bike While taking bike from chembur service centre, one more issue was raised that was the tank color, colour is coming out( not able to get that word) which i informed them and they advice me to visit to Ghatkopar and shown them. Visited to Ghatkopar, same thing even he said that your bike its ok, there is no issue with the gear. Told them it can be you may be right, let go to nearest service centre where i can prove them that i am right and you are wrong, When i told about the issue of petrol tank, he said they will do koating first and then only he will let me know. But still that dull paches was there Mr.Pravin said if its increase then send the pic, he will try to take an approval to change the petrol tank. Where your people have saw that there issue with the petrol tank one-side colour is getting dull, they are telling me to wait till the time it get increase. Please let me know why your service people deny the things where there is an problem.Same thing happen for the indicator where your people blame and refused. Its more then a week i am still waiting for the call, as Mr.Pravin said when the engineer comes for visit they will show to them. still now i am waiting or your are waiting for some thing else to issue invoice once i complete one year. I am ready to pay you now also, but please stop giving me trouble and try to resolve the issue Ready to bare all the cost now . Now started feeling my bike pick up and speed its not the same how its was before. I know that you wont aacept it, so i am ready to prove that what ever i said i its not wrong. Please come with me, Ill take you to bajaj service only, where you can listen what feed back i get for my bike. Request you, if you are coming you don't have disclose from where are and you work for the same company Please let me know what should i do, as i cannot take this pain any more. If tomorrow anything happen to my bike who will be responsible. Feeling like did a big mistake when i preferred for Bajaj. Sorry to say but your company have brand but no service.
