[Resolved] Bajaj Auto Limited — Cheating while purchasing new bike by replacing tyre tubes and original spare parts | |
Dear sir, I have purchased a new bajaj pulsar 150 as on 01/04/2014. I have purchased it from anjar - Kutch who have given me invoice issued by GK Bajaj - Bhuj Kutch. Till now my bike has run only 410 km. Yesterday when i was coming with my family, there was a puncture in rear wheel, after toying my bike to 1.5 km when Tyre was opened by puncture maker, we have shocked. We found that there was an old tube fitted in the rear wheel having very bad conditions with 9 to 10 stickers. They had done big cheating with me. I have a doubt that they had replaced a tube of front wheel also and they had also replaced spare parts of the new bike as from the beginning, there is a some issue in its chain wheel as it shouting while driving. I have also made complain for it during the first service of the bike but it continue.. When I have made complaint, they asked that they will repair issue of chain but they cant do anything for tyre tubes..!!! Why should i get repaired..? If they have changed original parts then it is a big cheating with customer.. Its their responsibility to replace all the spare parts which have been changed by them in my new bike.. This is an open and pure cheating with customers which should be come to the eyes of public.. This matter should be checked in detail and all the responsible person should be punished strongly..
