*Loan taken on 8/01/2006 *Loan Amount Rs. 32000/- *repayment Done till 31/12/2008 RS. 37880/- finance company showing overdue Rs. 30000/- 1. All instalments paid one remaining bounced cheque amout was paid to recovery person Firoj khan of company in year 2008. 2. My original vehicle registration papers are still laying with company. 3. Your office had assured that Original papers and Noc will be sent to my address . 4. I was out o[censored]daipur for last 8 years. 5. Recently I checked my CIBIL and this loan was still showing overdue by Rs. 2098/- . 6. I tried to contact your Udaipur office . I come to know from a person that said office was closed in year 2011. 7. I than contacted the call center and the details given was shocking. The call centre person has said that My account was overdue with penalties by Rs. 30000/- approx. basic against instalment dues of 2098/-. 8. That neighter I have nor my Guarantor has received any call, any notice/intimation from the company during eight years . 9. That the process seems completely illegal and irritating. 10. The process adopted by the company was against Banking and legal regulations Kindly revert with details available with in seven days failing which I will forthwith apply for necessary Legal action against responsible Company Officials and Managing Directors.
