I owned a new platina 100 es on 10/5/2018 and noticed extra sound when excelarate the engine in running condition. I checked with mechanic in your workshop at varun motors, bajaj auto ltd, varunpoint, muralinagar vsp 530007. But your machanic said that there is a chain problem and he is not repare it eventhoug extra sound comes regularly in engine. This is how bajaj employees are treating their customers. Please take appropriate action and solve the issue. Thank you
