[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Manager Behaviour was not good | |||
Today 20 Oct2020, I went to Bajaj shop (Nikhil Bajaj Showroom Varanasi) to buy Pulsar 125 CC byk. We were waiting for manager ( Hemant srivastava )15 minutes he was speaking on the call and did not ask to us sir please wait or some other formailty or you can say morallity did not ask for water. And there were no facility to check the body temprature. And I started to speak Manager and was asking to give details of byk and final price, he was very rude and was not speaking properly. and he was not able to expend some time to explain about the product and price. And when I was telling am getting this byk at other shop with 2000 less. he asked me I am speaking wrong and if you are getting there you shold not come here. Is that such way to speak with customers??. Becasue of his attitude i changed my mind and bought other company byk. was he speaking because post of Manager ?? Or Bajaj is very big company and he do not care customres ?? really very disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |||
