Bajaj Auto — misbehave and frood | |||||
Dear sir/ madam My name is vikrant sharma I have a Bajaj discover 100T bike and registeration number is RJ02CS7905 And registered name laxminarayan Sharma, dear sir your authorized workshop in alwar Vijay Bajaj does engine work in my bike and when I went for collect my bike on your workshop then I said for showing me old parts (screp) of my vehicle so your workshop staff and manager replyid me that we can't give your old parts and can't showing because it's our Bajaj policy and I forced them for showing my parts then they does misbehieve and want fight with me..and tore off my job card receiving so that time m pay my bill amount collect my bike and was contect your customer care number ( toll free no.) But m not found a satisfication on your workshop and your customer care, m very dissatisfied with Bajaj ltd.and I will share on social sites that Bajaj have a poor workmanship, poor production and poor quality and poor customer satisfaction, m just want to say that authorized workshop mean "ONLY CARE OF CUSTOMER". But this is something else you have got to watch. You have created the workshop to disturb the customer. This is made to frood the customer. My complaint has been made 4 days ago but I have not received any satisfaction/ response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
