[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — negligence of the service center, did not sort out the problem of my bike | |||
Sir i am bitu deoghoria from assam. I have purchased one bajaj pulsar rs 200 bearing registration number as 04p 7226 from akash bajaj situated in sivasagar town, (Assam) two years back. I have been facing a lot of trouble in my bike from 1st servicing itself that includes engine problem, ignition problem etc. When i went to the dealer and asked the manager to fix the problems he didn't pay attention to me. Than one of the employees of that showroom told me that they have to take my bike to their jorhat showroom. I agreed to them and left the bike in their showroom. After 10 days they call me up to take my bike. I reached to the dealer and started to check my bike and found that they have made scratches in my bike everywhere in the body. I was totally annoyed and were very angry. After receiving my bike i found that they did not sort out the problems. I lost hope on that dealer to take my bike again to them.
