[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Ns200 | |||
This is Gopi Bandarupalli, I visited your MG Bajaj showroom, Tirupati yesterday i.e.5th October at around 10AM as my NS200 rear break is completely down and somehow I managed to bring that bike from 30KM without breaks to your service center. I requested service staff to come and check the breaks, they refused and said like NOT POSSIBLE and ask me to visit next day. I don't understand what is not possible means, then the guy who sits in service desk ask me to check with the person in Billing, when I reach out to him and explain the situation, he is also shaking his head left and right instead of saying no (here I don't understand one this, if service team is really busy with their work, how they can check my bike as per billing teams permission). Is this how you behave with customers? I am really disappointed and bring my bike back without breaks as unauthorised service centers are not able to check it. I request you to look into this matter.
