[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — on new bike avenger street 220 got disc plate of avenger bike 150 | |||||
Respected sir/ma'am, This is to notify you that i purchased my bike bajaj avenger street 220 in the month of february 2017 from sabari motors antop hill. Since then i have been facing problem of the disk brake. I have serviced my bike twice from your mahim service centre (Auto den). I asked mr rakesh the manager of the branch why am i facing this problem and he mentioned it was cause of the rains. Whenever i took my bike there they never brought to my notice regarding this grave situation. Then one day when i went o my local garage for asking him why i keep facing this problem he mentioned that the disk brake attahced to my bike is of bajaj avenger 150. After understanding this i was shocked how can bajaj being a big company do such a big mistake which can take ones life too. After which i have been visiting all the branches of yours but the persons are not attending me mentioning go to the same place from where you purchased your bike. Further to this i went to sabari motors the seller name is mr. Nityanand i explained him everything and he agreed that it is company fault. He advised me to visit the showroom from where the bike was actually delivered that is suryoday which is at goregaon, today i went there the manager of the service centre mr. Madam too agreed about the problem from companies side and said you are very late in addressing this issue and offered me 15% discount if i purchase the disc break. It is because of few people the name of the company gets spoilt. I trust in bajaj so i chose bajaj bike. But the service what i am getting is ridiculous. I have wasted my time to find a solution. Still hope this concern of mine will be addressed soon from your end. According to me a service centre is supposed to hav all the details of any vehicle they service since its about one big company. I want you to look into the matter soon as possible and resolve it to the earliest. As if i face any problems i will file a complaint against the company. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am mr.gokul I am using RS200 bike ...last week I met with accident, and my silencer guard was broken, only guard not a silencer, but your company dealers and showrooms said me to change whole silencer, instead of that part, how it is possible for me to change whole part. Ph no [protected]
