[Resolved]  Bajaj Auto — overcharged for insurance for pulsar 160 ns

Though currently there is bajaj hattrick offer going on as part of which bajaj says they give insurance free, 2 years service free and 5 years warranty. But i got charged for insurance. I filed a complaint at bajaj customer care but they have pathetic customer support. They havent replied to my mails, have called 4 times on their customer care but no use. Customer care helpline says bajaj will get back in 24 hours but nothing happens. It is ridiculous to see the kind of support bajaj has.

In addition to above, i have nothing in writing that vehicle comes with 2 years service free and 5 year warranty.
So i am getting a feeling that hattrick offer is a marketing gimmick from bajaj and is fooling customers.

History is full of evidence of companies who have gone down because of their lack of customer satisfaction and support.

It has been a month now and still there is no any update or a single word from Baja on the complaint. It proves Bajaj is so irresponsible towards customers.

Not sure why this case is marked resolved. But Bajaj Auto doesnt care about its customer compliants and is a hopeless organisation. They havent replied to me a single word on the issue. it is almost 2 months and Bajaj is a deaf and zero customer oriented organisation.
