[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — pathetic performance and service | |||
I bought bajaj avenger street 220 2018 model on 20th february 2018. Just after 1st service, i have been having issues with my bike. On 1st service itself, i gave a complaint of fuel indicator giving incorrect reading which still persist. Just after few days of buying, i had issue of self start giving delay and engine killing regularly. The showroom and service centre told, as the bike is new it takes time for roms to settle properly. I agreed to what they said and wait. After some time, the bike had a complete electric failure. It was towed by service centre and was there for almost 2-3 weeks. I did not get any respond from service centre about the update on the issue and only got it repaired after i reported the matter to the service manager at the centre. I still haven't got any root cause from service centre or bajaj on why there was a complete electric failure on 6 months old bike. Recently on 27th january 2019, i got one way relay changed after getting call from bajaj to get it changed. I also got my 3rd service done with it, where i reported of oil leakage near the engine. Had to keep my bike for more than 24 hours to get it done. Even after that, yesterday my self start started giving delays and there was oil leakage again near engine.
