Bajaj Auto — pathetic service

I gave my bike on 4th march for service at 11:30am, the service guy checked the vehicle and wrote a quote, i told him to specially check pick up issue, back light and replace the foot brake pad and left mirror. They told me that we will change the filter and see if the pick up regains or else they will change the clutch pad.
I was told to collect the bike on monday morning since they had too many bikes to service.
I told ok but i will collect my bike only by 6pm on monday because that is the time when i return from office.
Now on monday i get a call at 3:30pm stating that sir, we are not able to change the clutch assembly due to non-availability of the part. We need to keep your bike for one more day. I said why are you reporting this now at 3:30pm where i had to collect the bike in next 2.5hours. I told them to get it done at whatever cost and handover by 6pm. To my surprise when i went to collect my bike i was told that only general service is done in the bike and clutch assembly and ball bearing was not changed. I asked them the reason for not changing. They came back and said clutch was not changed due to unavailability and ball bearing was not changed because i didn't confirm them to do so. First thing is that they didn't even inform on the ball bearing part change.
How ridiculous it is to find a vehicle half done even after keeping the vehicle for a day. I was totally pissed off. I found my bill to be at inr2470 where in 1500was manpower and 900 was material cost. Wow you guys are charging service cost more than the material cost? You guys are looting customers. They also told me to bring my bike later on and they will charge the part cost +650rupees for service. This was insane..
Now a days automobile industry is are looting customers in the name of service. Their motive is to make the maximum money out of the service..
The staff behaviour was so rude and pathetic. The guy was the incharge. When the incharge is so rude then i am not sure how will the other working staffs be. Talking to them means loosing your own dignity. I told them that i will get my bike done in local shop but n very return to their service center.
When i started my bike i was saw that the brake pad was not changed and the mirror was also not replaced. My question was i can only see the outer body of the vehicle and i had given two complaints on the body and that was not done so how do want me to believe that the inside service is done to which they didn't bother to answer, they told you can open and check. Hey if i knew to open then i could have done the service myself.
Please see what you can do about my complaint..
Personally i don't prefer bajaj now and will not recommend bajaj to anyone.
One last thing is that, i had mentioned about the light issue which still remains the same, just after a day th tail light stopped working.
