Bajaj Auto — Platina 110 H-gear Battery and Self starting Issue

On 05/11/20, i purchase a bike Bajaj platina 110 H-gear. But after 3 months it's battery discharged
completely. They told me that it's
manufacturing
defect and changed it.
But it discharged again. And Now it's
self start system is not working properly.
I registered a complaint also at customer
care, but there is no response
Please help me
