Bajaj Auto — platina/oil leakage issue | |||
Hi, i have bought platina bike on 18.04.2018 being akshay tritiya an auspicious day, on 19.04.2018 i went to the workshop to collect my helmet as it was not given to me on the day of sale, 'such a pathetic service' so i went there to report issue with the noice of gear box after spending almost 2 hours it was rectified,. From day one it has got oil leakage problem and it is only visible when dust accumulate on the packing and so i came to know after 3rd day and reported to the sales person somnath then i have done servicing on advise of the showroom person name somnath kumbhar before passing vehicle in rto, as he told the leakage is a common problem. The service people mr. Pingle and other staff was very rude and again and again asking me to keep the vehicle there so i did as they said and picked up the bike in the evening. The oil leakage problem persisted so i was directed to the work shop again 3rd time and was told the problem was resolved but it still persisted. Meanwhile rider was sent to my place to pick up the vehicle so that they can show it to the rto for passing as while buying the bike the people told me that i have to bring it to panvel rto but after purchase they told me that the rto is ulhasnagar and i refused to go there as i had taken leaves several times for the oil leakage problem. So the rider came and took my bike to rto while there was lot of petrol available in the tank. When i took delivery the tank was almost empty and i had to refill it within one km, i reported the petrol theft to the sales person from bajaj who told me that the rider was given petrol conveyance and he will investigate it further but i have not got resolution as of now. Further the leakage problem is still persisting i went to the showroom from where i was again directed to the workshop where i was told to leave the bike there, i asked them i will stay there and cant just leave my bike there as last time my petrol was stolen but they were very rude and told me that they wont resolve the issue if i dont leave my bike there for two days at least. These people are pathetic and very rude and bad. I need replacement of the engine at the earliest as the engine makes lot of noise and it has got oil leakage problem.
