[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — poor service at shiva bajaj ghaziabad twice | |||
I own the Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 ABS which I purchased from Shiva Bajaj Ghaziabad itself and I got my bike serviced every time from Shiva Bajaj only since then (2 years). I met with a minor accident and gave my bike for repairing and servicing the very next day i.e. on 2nd of August. I told them about the following problems: 1. Projector Lamp needs to be changed. 2. Parking LED light needs to be changed. 3. Handle is bent and touches the Petrol Tank when I take U-turn (This was actually a big problem). These 3 problems were the majors for me. However the service guy told me few more: 4. Front fairing should be changed. 5. Clamp for the Projector Lamp should also be changed. and few more. I was fine with all these. Then he told that I will get my bike back after 15th August. This thing shocked me and I asked them the reason for the same. He came up with no convincing answer and told that Parts are unavailable and few employees are on leave. Seriously! you need 15 days to repair a bike. Shiva Bajaj is such a big dealer and service centre and you do not have parts for the flagship motorbike of Bajaj. Anyways, I was not convinced and I investigated at the spare parts department of Shiva Bajaj. That spare parts guy told me that 3 parts are available out of 5 and he will inform me about the rest 2 till evening. I told the same thing to the service guy and this time he gave me the date for 6th August. I gave my bike and left. I called to them in evening to confirm about the remaining 2 parts and they told that they got all the parts. Now, their excuse o[censored]navailable parts wouldn't have worked. Now about the bent handle part, the service guy told me that handle Tee need to be changed and it will be fine. I have no idea about all these so I told him I just want it to be like before thats it. I live in Noida now and the Shiva Bajaj service centre is approximately 20 Kms from my place. So, I called them on 6th of August to get the status update and they were not sure whether they can hand over the bike to me or not. I was told to call back after half an hour. I did that and again was told to call after sometimes. I called them around 6-7 times and each and everytime got the same response. At last, at around 5 pm, they told me that my bike is ready and I can collect it. I cross questioned them please tell me if it is incomplete because it will be a problem for me to travel all the way from Noida to Ghaziabad and I can collect it tomorrow if it is the case. They told that tuesday is week off for them and I cannot collect my bike on tuesday. They convinced me that it is complete and I can collect it then itself. So, I went all the way from Noida to Shiva Bajaj Ghaziabad to collect my bike with the hope that there will be no more issues. Once I reached there, I saw the handle and that issue was still unresolved and even there was gap in the projector lamp (it was not fitted properly). I straight went to the guy whom I had explained the problems in the bike on the first day. He told me in full attitude to collect the bike day after tomorrow as they have week off tomorrow. I told them I have called and confirmed with you guys twice and then I came to collect from so far. I even told them I am ready to wait and requested them to repair it then itself. However I got the response that it is past 6.30 and they cannot help me now and I am left with no option then to collect it on wednesday. Now you guys are answerable. Which type of service are you providing? This is not the first time I am facing such problem at Shiva Bajaj. A year before also, Shiva Bajaj made me to reach out to Bajaj customer care (ISR-195041) and now again. When its about payment, Bajaj is perfect in collecting huge amount even for each spare parts and servicing but its sad that your service is this poor. I am really shocked that Bajaj is not taking any serious action even after these incidents. I am now an unsatisfied customer of Bajaj. Was this information helpful? | |||
