[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — poor service from jkb bajaj service center, perumbavoor | |||
Hello, I would like to share the worst experience that i have ever faced in my entire life from the jkb bajaj service centre, perumbavoor. After an accident, i took my bike avenger 220 street to the nearby bajaj service center situated in perumbavoor. At the very first time, they said it would be delivered within 2 weeks after the parts have arrived. The parts came within 5 days except for the headlight case. But they didn't inform me that. Whenever i contact them they used to say that bike will be delivered after the parts were fitted. But days passed, and also my frustration level was high. One day i checked into the service center and i was shocked to see that my bike was left untouched. At that time they said that it would be ready after two days, the same dialogue. And again i took leave from my office (For the second day) and went there but the situation was the same. Then i contacted the service manager at aluva and he made it fast. But still, there was another issue, regarding the bill. When the bike was ready for delivery the bill was not yet made. I shouted at them. Then again i contacted the manager and few guys from perumbavoor service center reached aluva and came back with the bill. I would like you to put this into consideration and take appropriate steps against their poor and irresponsible service. It is my humble request. This is not a case for me alone, many of other customers faced exactly the same situation and most of them are unaware of this complaining system.
