[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — poor servicing | |
Dear Sir, I handed over my Bajaj Pulsor 150 cc bike vide Job No. 3503 invoice No. 849 dated[protected] for an amount of 2060/- for periodical servicing and changing of chain, indicator etc. to Sree Lakshmi Bajaj Automobiles, Racha konda Tower, Alwal, Secunderabad-10, Ph.[protected]
.
I found the following discrepancies / wrongs when I received back after servicing from the Dealer :
1. Complete petrol, i.e. 4.5 litre removed from fuel taqnk and returned back in empty condition of fuel tank ( I have shown the petrol level in fuel tank / petrol level indicator to the dealer before servicing.
2. Engine oil refilled with out the specified quantity. 3. Disc brake was not adjusted. 4. Tail lamp / brake lamp connections were loose contact. 5. Poor cleaning ( I asked for good cleaning but he refused) 6. Finally the dealer misbehaved with customer when I shown the incomplete works.
In view of the above how ever I took the bike to near by local mechanic for fitness for use.
In view of the above I request an early/ needful action against the dealer, as it is the 2' nd time mistake by the dealer with in one year. Thank you, With warm regards.. M.Ashok kumar, Ph.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
