I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory service I received at the Bajaj showroom located in Gundibail, Udupi.
On[protected] at 9:30 AM, I visited the showroom to get my bike serviced. Unfortunately, no technician or service advisor was available at that time to discuss the issues with my vehicle. Due to work commitments, I left my bike in front of the showroom and provided my mobile number to the security guard, expecting a follow-up call from the service team.
However, I did not receive any communication from the showroom. Upon revisiting later, I found that my bike had been moved inside without any update or consent. I informed the security guard and took my bike back.
This is not the first time I’ve faced inconvenience at this showroom. Previously, I had submitted my bike for a clutch issue, and despite the problem being minor, the service team took two days to return the vehicle. They eventually sourced the required parts from outside and completed the repair, but the delay was unreasonable.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inefficient service at this location. I request that appropriate action be taken to improve customer service standards and ensure such experiences are not repeated.
