[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Pulsar 150 twin disc | |||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am writing this mail with utter disappointment and displeasure towards the services of Bajaj being provided. I purchased my pulsar 150 twin disc a month back and from day 1, I am facing issues. First of all, the bike given to me had a big and visible scratch on its engine when the delivery happened. Secondly there was some paint removed near the wiser. But i accepted it as I was in a rush to buy being emergency. On the first day of riding I noticed some awkward sound in the engine that doesn't seem obvious however I ignored that too. I got my bike's first service done as per the KM schedule. While coming from service center I noticed that some portion of the paint was removed from the petrol tank side which shocked me abruptly. Also I brought that issue to the service center Gannaur (Haryana) but they took it really lightly and told me that they have no paint available for this.
