I bought a pulsar 150 ug5 on 30 April 2019 from (UNNATI MOTORS MORIGAON M- [protected]) jab me bike kharid ke ghar aaya to mushe raste me front wheel me kuch jhatka sa feel hua aur me phir dealer laut gaya aur mechanics ko bataya..to unlogone kaha ki nayee bike he suspension thoda hard hai kuch din chalega to thik ho jyga..aur me phir problem ke saath ghar aa gaya..aur me bike esehi chalata raha..aur phir ek din jab me bike main stand pe lgakr wash kar raha tha to meshe mushe asli problem pata chala..mera wheel me fault tha...wo pura beech me nahi rotate hota tha thoda upar niche hokar rotate hota tha tab me agle din bike dealer leke gaya aur unlogo ko dikhaya tab, echanics ne bola apka wheel me problem hai apko wheel change krna padega..aur ham apko warranty nahi de sakte apko paisa deke chenge karwana padega..aur unlogoka behave kuch thik nahi tha..aur wheel ka price 4000 rs tha...isme meri kiya galti hai me kiyou pay karu 4000 rs..kiya bajaj esa product customer ko sale kartahe..i am very sad for bajaj service..plz bajaj resolve my problem. this is my contact number -[protected] if you want i can send images and video footages . +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
