[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Pulsar 200 NS. Engine problem and dealer service issue | |||||
Hello this is bala from chennai. I have bought pulsar 200ns on 15th august 2014 in mothjeeth bajaj katupakkam chennai. Really the bike is awesome but after 3 months i have found some oil leakage in engine and i left my bike for service they said it was a minor problem and it will be fine after the service. After i get my bike i found the same issue again i went to that showroom and they told me the same thing . I havr spent lots and lots of money becase of this issue still it dint get resolved. One day it beacme a big problem. Engine oil leaked out and stopped in middle of the highway at nyt 2.00pm. Again i took my bike to the same service centre again they told me the same thing and said that this issue will be resolved permanently. They told me to come after two days and collect my bike. I went and asked they ask me to come on next day. I call them after 3 days they ask for 10 days time and i really got fraustrated and waited for 10 days and went to the showroom. They ask one more day time to clear the issue and left the showroom with disappointment. I went next and they gave my bike and i paid 6700rs for service and take my bike and drove to home. While on the way again my bike engine shuts down i called the showroom they not responded properly. I take my bike to mechanic shop and spent 650rs. After one week the same problem occurs again. Engine oil is leaking again and it smells wierd.. Now im came to the same showroom and ask them to clear this issue. They asking me to come another day. I cant believe this whats going on with u guys. I think bajaj is the best company and loyal but u guys fails. I gave my bike for 11 times of service in just 2 and half years. This is rediculous and my friends are also facing the same issue with the bike service in mothjeeth. Take a look in this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I lost my patience now im seating in the same showroom and writing this messae. They dont even responding me. They are busy with works. I have all the pictures of my bike with the oil leakage. I[censored] guys dont take any actions definetly i will post it in social medias.
