Bajaj Auto — Receiving calls from you for recovery of outstanding, without giving details

R/Sir/Mam,
It is not only surprising but disturbing also to receive such harsh and invective calls from your esteemed institution. I had availed loan for two wheeler xcd in the year 2009/10 cheques were given to the branch from where loan was availed. not a single chq returned unpaid still since last six years I am receiving phone calls for payment of rs. 410/- till date I have received at least 450 calls, every time I am asking details of returned chq but all irrelevant replies / answers are given. the agency or branch of Bajaj fina. from where loan was taken, is either closed or changed no body gives correct address or proper person to be contacted. now it is humbly submitted that please give me details of my outstanding or I will be compelled to take legal recourse. thks cell no [protected].
