This is shekhar singh from agra [protected]. Job card no. And date (Rjc[protected]) 28/10/2017. Model - bajaj v15 Shiel auto agra (10363). As an old customer i am dissatisfied from your service center. Still my complaint are not resolve. Your dealer did not support and resolve my problem as my bike's handle are still loose. After long wait of my turn the service adviser said that we dont have part and cant do anything. As a customer where should i go to resolve my complaint. Because servive centre of your dealer did not understand the customer quary as they expact. I cant understand as leading company in two wheeler auto mobile how your adviser can say that we cant do any thing. Even after a long waiting period of 3 hours. I am totally helpless and dissatisfied from your dealer and company. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible. Other wise i have to take further action about your dealer as well as company.
