Dear sir, My name is chiranjit paul, vehicle registration number is wb26ba 5477. Have purchased bajaj avenger 180 from osl bajaj prince anwar showroom kolkata dated 31st july 2018. Till today iam yet to get my bike vehicle registration smart card from showroom after repeated follow up also no proper answer is given to me, only ball passing game is happening with me. I have lodger the above mentioned complain at bajaj toll free number on 16th jan 2019, but till today i havnet received any call for help or an update from the dealer regarding my issue. If this is the level of service you all guys provide to customers who are purchasing bike worth rs lakh then iam sorry to say that next time before purchase a bike i have to thing twice for a brand like bajaj.
