Bajaj Auto — registration of new bajaj platina bike | |||
Sir We are using bajaj two wheeler from the past 10 years. We are a valuable customer for bajaj autos. We was purchased 2 nos of bajaj platina bike from your authorized show room Angle motors situated in marthandam, kanyakumari dist on 27/04/2018. Still it was not registered by the rto of marthandam. We approached the dealer for registration for many times they are not giving any proper response. On 10/08/2018 morning we approached the dealer for registration they simply denied my request. Because of the denied we ask the invoice and insurance copies, for that they told still they were not raised the invoice due to software problem. We got shocked your dealer is intentionally cheated me after collecting the money and all documents. I complaint many times at khurja service centre they always said that now your bike is ok but it creates problem continiously .
I suffer from this problem since 2 years i hope you will take appropriate action as soon as possible.
