[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — removing petrol from bike while fitting accessories..
I have taken vehicle bajaj pulsar 125 on 6th oct 2019, sunday form bajaj showroom stbt cross, near big bazar.. Showroom people said. Due to sunday store is closed and hence accessories will be fitted on next working day i. E., 9th oct 2019.in the happiness of purchasing new vehicle i have filled petrol half tank and parked at home and did not use the vehicle since temporary passing and insurance papers were not provided to me.. Today 9th oct 2019 at 5pm i went to showroom for fitting of accessories.. They said it will take 2 hrs and requested me to come at 7pm.. When i went fitting was almost done... When ignition was on i looked at petrol indicator it was showing only one line.. When i left the vehicle it was half of the tank.. When i told manager about it he says straight away we never do such things and started advising me to not to put allegations / blame on showroom. Some check method to be implemented like four wheeler job sheet in which what is the level petrol indicator is marked in that... It is shame on the part of the officials first not considering the grievances of customer and second advising customer not to put false allegations... Was this information helpful?
