I bought N160 4 months back, just after 2 days I notices the switch boxes are loose so I visited the service center they told me it comes as it is now we cannot make it more tight. Then during the 1st service they removed distance to empty feature and when and told me it will show only if the fuel tank is half filled but it never showed up to the date. After riding for 4 months I discovered there is gap between the side panels and the clutch is also not working properly, the connection was cutting while riding and bike was shutting down out of nowhere, so I decided to register every repair. They told me I will have to leave my bike for a day so I did. the next day when I went to collect my bike and checked if all the work is done or not I felt very disappointed. Not a single work was done. The framework still has a gap, distance to empty still not showing, switch boxes are still loose, clutch is still not working properly. when I asked them what work have they done they told me this is all we can do and anything more is not possible. If they want to give such excuses then why are they even keeping my bike for a day. The so called supervisor just know to give nonsense excuses. The mechanics doesn't even bother to check the bike before opening their trash mouth. No professionalism at all. I had to go there 3 times just to solve a single minor issue and still it's not solved. The other service station is very far from my place so I can't go there every time. So it would be better if they improve their service. Such kind of behavior is harming Bajaj's reputation. I have 2 more bikes but never had a single complaint about neither of their service centers. Bajaj service centers always addresses our issues as minor issues and expect us to compromise with it but as a customer I ask is it okay if I don't pay monthly installment on time and call it a minor issue?
