Bajaj Auto — Service delay for the past 3 months | |||||
I have a Pulsar 150 purchased TN29 K 5283 in 2003.I have been regularly performing my service at Jai Autos, Chennai.By Jan 2017 while i left my vehicle for service, i complained on my headlight that was of loose contact. Jai bajaj sembakkam, Chennai branch took my complaint lightly and hope they managed to do some alterations in my wiring saying that the wiring kit has to be changed and since they do not have stock, they would let me know on the same in a week's time. in the mean time, my vehicle got broke down and never started. I toped to the show room and they said that the wiring kit has to be changed. waited for the kit for 20 odd days without my vehicle and finally got the news that wiring kit has been replaced. The shocking thing was that the vehicle was made to ignite but none of the other electrical things were functioning like head lamp, indicator, horn etc. They said that the same shall be corrected on changing a starter plate coil in another one week . Again they took 25 days for procuring the same. I left my vehicle for rectifying on 12th April and I was shocked to see today evening, that the work was incomplete and only few electrical were functioning. Now they say that again a part has to be changed and the new wiring changed by them doesn't belong to my model and is an altered one. I left my vehicle with them and came home . I have to commute to office daily for 18 km one way and these guys are irresponsible and have paid nearly 5k for the past 3 months without using my vehicle. Kindly guide me how to proceed further.
