[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Service delayed. 11 days already over | |||
I have given my Bajaj Pulsar for service at Aditya Bajaj in Dahod Town, Gujarat in last week of April. Because of Lockdown the service center was closed for three weeks and finally opened on 21st May 2021. Since then I have visited the service center for my vehicle four times but everytime the supervisor tells me that i have started the work and it is in progress. As the service center has more free service vehicles they are facing a difficulty. I am sure this is the same story for all the consumer's whose free service period is over. They all end up facing the same situation because the profit margin in more in free service vehicles. I would never recommend a consumer to buy a Bajaj vehicle if this is the level of service. If at all anyone wants to buy a bajaj vehicle then buy it from a different service provider and not ADITYA BAJAJ in Dahod Town, Gujarat.
