Hello, Myself akshay r khade, from mumbai maharashtra. Using bike bajaj platina 100 es model. Reg no:- mh01cw0795. Sale date:- june 2017. From the purchase of this bike i have engine problem. Allready you guys have repair my bike engine two times in warranty, and now again i have face the same issue. Now my bike has been dump in bajaj autoden workshop which is in mumbai mahim from past two weeks. Now they are charging me 4000rs for the same repair work. (Which is to b carried out in warranty) It really a poor experience i ever had with the bajaj. Its a third time my bike engine is failure. Many time i tried to contact your customer care ([protected]), but no one bothers about the complaint. I will never and ever or suggest any one to buy bajaj bike or any other products related to bajaj, you guys never bother about you customer, really a worst service experience.
