[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — servicing by sunrise bajaj auto service center lalbagh | |||
Respected sir/madam - i have bajaj pulsar 150 cc motor cycle model 2009 and the registered no of the vehicle is up 78 bu 5548. - on 22 may 2018, i went to bajaj service centre which is located in lalbagh lucknow i e sunrise bajaj auto service center for following faults in my motor cycle (A) motor cycle not starting in reserve petrol on available of petrol in tank. It means cleaning of petrol tank. (B) change of head light bulb. - the mechanic checked the vehicle and raised many defects in my motor cycle, which not relevant to my defects. As i am serving in army, on road vehicle is very important to me to do my job. I agree to repair all defects. - i reported to the service centre around 1430 hours and watching the entire job of mechanic in front of me. It came to my notice when i am seated there that they are doing this activity with all the consumer who are reporting there for the servicing. I observed there that they send my vehicle parts to local market which is a near to lalbagh area and charge huge amount in my bill which is very horrible. - at 2130 hours, they ready my bike and handed to me without any trial as its late night. The manager already left his centre and told his staff to take rs 6779/- which is more than value of my bike at present. I paid rs 6500/- and took my bike. Local bill which is made by the manager is attached here for your perusal please. [5/30, 22:18] kk: - next day when i used my bike, it is found that the defects which is raised by me is stillexists and also found two more defects due to negligence of the staff :- (A) accelerator increase on turning of handle (B) self starts working only when vehicle is in neutral. (C) petrol tank leaked from t point junction which cause loss of all petrol worths rs. 500/- from bike. - on 26 may 2018, again l visited to the same service centre. They replace t-point of my bike and charged rs. 195/-. - i am writing this complaint not for any compensation but to the aware the bajaj motors that this kind of service centre spoiling the reputation of the bajaj company which knowns for its brand. I also want to inform the entire environment that this service center is one of the poor service centre of our country which cheating with their customer. This service is to be immediate effects One more thing that i want to tell that they replace one part of my vehicle whose colour is different from my bike colour, when i asked them, they said that now bajaj company is not preparing this item in silver colour.
