Bajaj Auto — Sold a faulty bike | |||||
I bought a Bajaj Discover 150F new Bike in Feb 2015 and within 1 month o[censored]sage i started facing several issues with the bike which i was continously informing to the staff available at the Bhajanpura showroom but they were continously sayig that same thing that as bike is new thats why i am facing such issues, but after 1st service the bike will work fine. After 1st service also the issues remain same and rather it increased and one day while coming back to my home the bike stopped working completely. Next day i went to the same bhajanpura showroom from where i bought the bike and informed them regarding the same as per the discussion with them they informed me that i have to leave this bike so that they can find the resolution and do the needful. They kept my bike with them for almost a month and during this entire one month they did not even bothered to inform the customer regarding the status of his bike. Finally after taking a lot of follow up one day they informed me that the issues in the bike will get fix by changing some of the parts in the bike, but i have to pay for the same as they will not be able to cover the same in warranty. When i denied the same they straight away informed me that unless i dont pay they will not be able to fix it that too when Bajaj gives 2 yrs of warranty on their product. I felt very bad a bout it and have sent almost 3 mails to the Bajaj official complait email address. These was even worst because out of the 3 emails i have sent they did not even bothered to reply me even once to discuss regarding the same concern with me. I have never thought this thing that the company who always claims themselves as India's No. 1 two wheeler company dont even bothered about their customer experience and because of this according to me its the Worst two wheeler company in India. Now finally after almost 30 days when i received my bike they charged me and after taking bike from them again in two days i faced the problem of Oil leakage. Now when i asked them to replace my Bike with a new bike as within 6 months only i faced 2nd issue with my bike because of which again you guys submitted by bike but they still dont have any response on the same.
