[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — tn11am8670 registration certificate not received from kln bajaj showroom | |||
I purchased avenger street 220 vehicle on july 21 2019 from kln bajaj showroom at chennai with registration no tn 11 am 8670. The showroom official took 45 days to give the number plate. After that till now they have not given rc also. There is hardly any response from the showroom officials. I had asked for complaint book which they refused to give. I had brought this to the notice of ayapan [protected] but no response. This was brought to the notice of mr ashok who claimed himself to be sales manager but no response for more than 3 weeks. Sandanam the sales post sales has shown least interest. I would rate this as a worst customer experience and would request bajaj to take some stringent action. I would also demand for the apology letter from kln manager for the huge incovenience caused to me till now In case if bajaj management doesnt resolves this in a weeks time i would be forced to apporach consumer forum Was this information helpful? | |||
