[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — using local mechanics & local service centers | |||
Hi, i had given my bike (Pulsar 150cc) for service in a authorized bajaj service center. Without my knowledge they have taken my bike to a local mechanic shop (Multi brands) to service which is not acceptable.. Moreover they had committed only 2 days for service but it's been 4 days now till my bike is not serviced and i have not got my bike back.. How can we trust you guys next time. Instead of going to company service center, we can prefer local mechanics itself. At least they will not cheat like bajaj employees. I had taken photographs of the employees and service center. If necessary i will register a proper complaint with bajaj and consumer service. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have filed two complaints, both the complaints regarding the overcharging. I haven't received any call and has been closed. Even i have send the email but there is no response from your side. Now i will send the legal notice to the company.
