I booked a rs 200 on april 16th 2018. I had to take a loan on it for 1, 10, 000rs and the manager informed me i would get the bike in 3 days after full payment which was made on april 26th. I didn't get my bike nor my money back yet. I cancelled the booking like two weeks ago so they would already return the money back.. They returned the original initial payment but not the loan amount of 1, 10, 000rs. I'm at a loss as the loan giver has already taken this month's due of nearly 5000 from my bank account.. I'm super frustrated with this as i have followed up with them multiple times. Any help in this would be much appreciated.
