Little did i know owning a bajaj product will be such a pain.

Gave the bike for service at select bajaj habsiguda, hyderabad when the bike clocked 29400 km's for general service, that was 3 months ago. After few hours got a call and i was told along with the service i should replace the clutch kit as it has worn out - i agreed, i was told that it will also take 1-3 days time as it involves replacement of clutch kit.
Next day i got a call saying the engine is messed up, have to replace major components which will cost 11000... When i shouted on the service guy and service manager they agreed to do it on their own cost as it happened at their service center.
Later in a friendly conversation with the service incharge mr. Praveen from habsigude bajaj, got to know that one of the service guy opened the engine and revved it hard... Which fired the engine/ bore got stuck etc, but not to worry as they will replace the components. When asked about who the mechanic is i was told he left the job because he was charged for messing the bike engine.

This was the starting o[censored]pcoming worst service experience with bajaj, since then one after the other issues started coming, took the bike after about a week, as soon as i took the bike after the engine repair, the bike started making sound as if something is broken in the engine, i raised a complain and gave it for service after they tested it, it again took 10 days, claimed to replace a lot of things, the engine is new hence i should replace oil after 500 kms ete, drove for some 200 kms, found the engine is revving hard when the bike is driven for more than 15-20 mins, and the coolant leaks as soon as the engine stops. At this moment was asked to take the bike to uppal bajaj service centre as the mechanic is not available at the habsiguda center.

I have invested 10000 approx was told to replace chain kit and each time i took delivery i paid for some or other part, nuts, bush, etc, oil 2 times, and what not and not to forget the time and money on my cab bills either to take delivery of the bike or to give it to uppal service centre all the way from padmarao nagar, hyderabad.

Then low pick up, tablet noise started, and coolant leakage still not solved (Coolant was filled many times) engine oil checked for coolant mixing up etec, odo 30400, most of the times bike is at service center at this phase.

By this time the service managers of both locations were involved and mr. Ravi chandra uppal branch manager was involved (This guys attitude is weird towards the customers as if he is doing things for free and is doing a favour, tells me that we have only charged for parts not for labour whenever the bike has been serviced)- this was the 11th time you moron! Anyways kept quite since all i wanted is the bike is a good running condition. Also at this phase, i spoke to mr. Sujith (Regional service manager for bajaj hyderabad), he assured me he will check the bike and get the needful done.

So after about 2 weeks, yesterday[protected], i was asked to come and take the bike from the service center. Many things have changed which was not done earlier by another branch etc. I reached the service center around 11. Am and met mr. Nikhil, the bike was not starting... They told since its long about 10 days the battery is down (In the past i have kept the bike untouched for more than a month when i was away and it started without any issue, this never happened). They started it up, engine noise seemed less as they claim they have changed many parts, enigine was on for 10 mins, i met tthe manager and service guy was asked to pay 1100 for parts for which i refused as i have already paid a lot, thanked them and as soon as i was about to sit... Bike stopped... And was not starting... Service manager asked the guy to go for a 2kms ride and the mechanic did... He came back with a? Face.. I asked what happened and he responded: in low rpm there is a noise... Took the bike in and started opening it, requested me to wait for 15 mins... But til they did their job it was 3 hours.

After 3 hrs got the bike and same problem bike doesn't start... They said its becaue of battery, it should be ok after few kms run... And when asked why the engine stops in between. The mechanic gave a peculiar answer... Showing the side stand... Says the side stand is bit loose which is making the bike lean a lot which is causing a pin in engine to push more fuel.. So engine is stopping because of fuel overflow, (Note : this is a new problem again), when i asked for a resolution he said to go to a hardware welding shop and fix the stand... I was like huh... And asked the manager what sort of a solution is it can't they change the stand and am ready to pay... The service manager was like we don't have stands at the moment so welding is a solution and i can always replace the stand when there is stock... It was 1 in afternoon, i was already tired and sick of their lies,... Hungry and fed up... Anyhow they started the bike and assured me it will be ok after few km's run... And till i fix the side stand i have to use center stand...🙄... I drove for about 14 km's to my home though not very happy with the engine tik tik noise which was revolving in my head... I convinced myself not to concentrate a lot on the noise and ignore it and use the bike for a week. On the way showed a mechanic and just with by revving the engine he said :sir gaadi pura kaharb kardiye, khali jugad karkey derey, dont trust them, as i cant do much-reached home and parked the bike and killed the engine (First time after taking out from the service centre) and when tried to start again... The bike won't start. Now am stuck with another problem, a new problem 😠. Now service centre is asking 4k for carburetor replacement. Their area manger talks as a moron and bajaj doesnt escalte it. Even after posting this earlier no one contacted me, though the admin of the page replies some one will get in touch with you.
Once the bike is out of warranty forget about any solution and no body is going to contact you, they just say some one will call. Think before you buy any product from this company, now i can confirm lifespan of these 3rd class produts are 3-4 years max.

Oh is it, thats why its a month and no response from your team, also your Hyderabad area manager Sujith kumar is a ###, any ways I have sold the bike, no more Bajaj for me and ill make sure no more bajaj products are purchased by my friends and relatives.
