[Resolved] Bajaj Auto — Worst service given by santram bajaj nadiad | |||
Dear team, i am having a bajaj Pulsar RS200 abs version bike with me and i had given my bike to santram bajaj service station in nadiad village, dist kheda, gujarat on 30 August 2021. At the time of giving a bike to the aervice station they tolde that it will take one or two days for servicing. I wait for 6 days but i had not received any call from service center so i called him then they sa8d thay some parts need to be change and it will take more 15 days because the parts are not available in this service center. After 15 daya i call again and again the same answer o received that the parts are not available and it will take more 15 days. Today is 16th october and till the time i have not received my bike from service center. Today on 16 october i again call to service center and told him that i do not want to replace any part and return my bike then they rudly reply that we have shortage of staff and not able to fitment bike today. They will give me a call tomorrow if my bike is ready. This kind of service bajaj company is providing to the cuatomers. I have attached my service coupen below. Was this information helpful? | |||
