Dear sir With the reference of above subject of above subject i made complain of regarding leakage of water from my faulty cooler (Dc 70) in the month of may and june 2017 respectively. Your technician visited in month of june and give certificate against it, till then i am pursuing your deal mahalaxmi electrical gondia (Maharashtra). He is not replacing my faulty cooler after completing 3 months. Therefore i request to take this matter priority else i will approach to consumer forum or will go to legal.
