Bajaj Electricals — not getting proper service and response for bajaj product | |||||
I have purchased a rice cooker dated 17th april 2017 and facing some technical operational issue while operating it. I have logged a complain for it and engg has visited before 30 days to see the issue and told me that he is not aware about it and will involve his seniors. But after painfully following up since last 20 days i have not got any proper response from service centre. I have also faced the rude behaviour of service centre executive several times. Requesting you to please assign any senior enng to resolve this issue and also suggesting you provide the proper training to your service centre executive how to talk with customer.
