Bajaj Electricals — Service not provided after repeated requests | |||
Dear Sir, i am using Bajaj wall mount oscillating fan in my clinic. All my fans are Bajaj.Four of them stopped working recently and i had registered a complaint at toll free number [protected] on 1.5.2014. Already one month passed now.Whenever i give them a remind call they will tell me that technician will reach you in a couple of days.But so far it didn't happen. Once they told me to contact local service centre at Kozhikode ( Tel.[protected]. I contacted them many times, they will say techinician will reach you within two days !! So far nobody came ! Today when i called to the office at Kozhikode ( Tel.[protected] it says " this number is out of service" . Sir, nothing happened so far except for i received a message on my mobile on 3/06/2014 from DM-WECARE. Message : " Your Bajaj Electricals call No[protected] has been assigned to PREETHI ELECTRIC WORKS, KOZHIKODE, Tel [protected] " ! Nobody contacted me so far !!
