[Resolved] Bajaj Electricals — SR Enterprises (Ghaziabad) will not able to resolve my problem | |||
Dear Sir, I have been very disappointed by the kind of response i get from bajaj electricals callcenter and the service center SR Enterprise who provide servicing of Bajaj Electrical products in Indirapuram Ghaziabad area. I had lodged an complain for my Bajaj press which is not working and its "thermostat" has to be changed . It has been more than three time i have register a complaint through customer care. Every time I call them they say that we will raise an urgent request and today your problem will be solved but no one so far from service center has been keen in resolving my problem. Two time person from SR Enterprises visit my place and every time he is not able to resolve my problem. Although he put several scratches in my new press. Who is responsible for this ? Today again i have lodged my complaint through Bajaj customer care, and my complaint number is "5942979". The number which i have received from Customer care i.e [protected] is always switch off.
