Bajaj Electricals — Ventilation Fan | |||
I had raised a complaint for Ventilation Fan (BAJAJ) on[protected] via call ID JAI[protected] (Purchase date:[protected], from: - Murli Electricals, Khailand Market, Ajmer) that the Fan was not working, the engineer came on the same day and checked thoroughly, after open the Motor of fan he said there was problem in the motor and he can’t repair it at my place and take the fan motor with him. On next day[protected] some another engineer (Er. Mob. No. [protected]) came to my home and changed the Motor and claimed it was Brand NEW at that time I was not at home and when I came back and checked, Fan was not working properly, Problem 1:- Weird sound coming from Fan, Problem 2:- Fins was not working because motor was not working properly and efficiently like before. Then I again raised complaint to customer care on[protected] via Call ID JAI[protected] and on[protected], Er. Vikram Singh Rawat (Mob. No. [protected]) called me (12:37 PM) that he was coming to my place, after Two Hours waiting I called him whether he is coming or not but there was no reply, at 4:23 PM he came and checked the fan, I requested him to check the fan motor whether it was New or Old repaired (as I doubt by seeing the working and performance of the fan), he misbehave and said he cant open the Motor as he had no power to do this, on the other hand he don’t understand the problem of the Fan, after 45 min. he said there was problem in the Capacitor and he will change when he had time and leave. On[protected] forth engineer (Er. Mob No. [protected]) came and checked, he said motor which was changed on[protected] was 100mm ventilation fan whereas your ventilation fan was 200mm and we will rectify our mistake soon. Till date[protected] my problem was unsolved; it is kind request don’t waste my time and please solve my problem as soon as possible by skilled engineer as I already saw Four Engineers in Four days with no result. If the company (BAJAJ) was not capable to solve the minor problem of Ventilation Fan then kindly take your product and refund my money back.
