Dear Sir, I have purchased a food processor on 4th December, 2015 from Vee Plastoline, Pragati Bazar, Kapoorthala Lucknow, Contact Person Mr.Vikas Maheshwari No. [protected]. The Machine got non working and I made online complain no.[protected] on 18/12/2015. I had been told by your representative repairing centre M/S Batra Repairing that I have to take machine to their place. Then I send the machine there. After ten days I got it back with temporary and local solution. Now I find that even machine screw had not been put into it. The smell is coming out of motor. Now I feel cheated by Bajaj as the machine is not upto our requirement and not satisfying our need. The machine not working properly and required to be changed.
